He is a partner in the newly re-developed Holiday Cove RV Resort and a regular contributor to Woodall's Campground Management and other industry publications. His company, David Gorin & Associates, manages the Virginia Campground Association, provides Washington, DC government affairs consulting to ARVC, serves numerous investors, park owners, buyers and developers in the park business and manages the Best Parks program.

The system is based on two key marketing programs - the BPA website and the complimentary BPA print directory that is distributed directly to consumers who fit the demographic of RVers and campers seeking superior facilities, amenities and services.
